Registration Fee:
Conference registration is $175.00 on or before September 15th. After September 15th, registration is $195.00. Additional guest registrations for Sunday evening only events are available at $65.00 per guest.

The $175.00 registration fee includes Sunday evening entertainment and food, keynote speakers, concurrent sessions, Monday lunch, and refreshment breaks. Walk-in registrations are welcome; however, meals cannot be guaranteed.

Presenters:
Presenters must register and pay the conference registration fee on or before Wednesday, August 18th in order to present at the conference. Presentations will be cancelled and deleted from the conference program if registrations are not completed by August 18th. This is to ensure program accuracy.

Refunds:
Full refunds are available for conference registrations cancelled on or before September 15th. After that date, no refunds will be given.

Hotel Accommodations:
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Embassy Suites Hotel at a special conference rate, $119.00 per night. To receive this rate call 402-474-1111 and mention the WELC conference. You can also reserve a conference rate room through this hotel reservation link.

Transportation:
Airports are located in Lincoln and Omaha, approximately 60 miles northeast of Lincoln. If flying into Omaha, OMALiNK, Inc. provides direct shuttle service from Eppley Airport to the Embassy Suites. The shuttle runs every two hours. Check out their Web site for details: www.omalink.com  .

OMALiNK is offering a 33% discount for WELC conference attendees, $49.95 round trip. In order to receive this discount, attendees must make reservations by phone, 1.877.473.LINK (5465) and mention the Women in Educational Leadership Conference at the time of the reservation. Electronic reservations will not secure the discount, and OMALiNK will not reimburse the discount later if you forget to mention it when you make your reservation.

After we record your registration, you will proceed to a secure order form where you will pay for the conference. After your credit card transaction, you will return to our web site for some final information.

If you choose to pay by check, you will need fill out the form below and select the "pay by check" option. After we record your registration for our records, you will be given information on where to send your payment. After we receive your payment you will be fully registered for the conference.
